Quality
We start our quality control from the beginning of the production process with checks on the raw material batch to ensure that specifications are met. End of line inspection stations ensure final product conformity to customer requirements.
Any rejections are crushed and recycled within the production process.
A Hwa Hsia Glass Co. Ltd. representative is also available at the plant for comprehensive technical assistance and quality assurance.
The Inspection machine: We currently have 4 sets of an inspection machine known as the Combine Inspection Machine (CIM). The CIM has the capability to:
1- Offer finish, body and bottom check detection for a wide range of narrow neck and wide mouth ware.
2- Permit simultaneous round container check inspection, plug gauging, and dip detection on one machine.

Quality of raw materials : The highest quality of silica sand can be found in Egypt. The grade of sand is extracted from a place called Zaafraana which is reknown for its purity (negligible percentage of iron ).
We also use the highest grade of gas, as the purest form of combustion energy, for quality glass manufacturing.
Wadi Glass stamp: At the bottom of each container the letters WG are stamped as a signature that the containers are produced by our company.
