Musa Suleiman Freiji, Chairman of the Board of Directors. President
The founder and chairman of the group obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1957. Beginning in 1958, he established and managed thirteen poultry and poultry-related operations in the Arab world, of which seven are still functional in Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt. M. Freiji is a life member of the World Poultry Science Association and co-founder of its branch in Lebanon and has been an active writer and lecturer in the poultry industry, helping in advancing and sustaining an entire industry.

Tony S. Freiji earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1981, followed by a Master of Science in Poultry Nutrition from Iowa State University in 1983. As a member of Wadi Holdings since 1984, T. Freiji manages all ongoing production-related activities in addition to expansion projects.
He is also a shareholder and director in Tanmia, Lebanon, a poultry meat processing company established in 1996 by the Lebanese shareholders of Wadi Holdings.
Ramzi Nasrallah, Deputy Member. Vice President, Head of Finance and Administration and Partner
R. Nasrallah is responsible for the general administrative direction and control of the corporate accounting functions of Wadi Holdings, and oversees all audit activities and budget plans. In 1980 he graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada, followed by a Master in Business Administration with a focus on finance from the University of Houston in 1982.
Being with Wadi since 1984, he is able to maintain and expand controls despite the company's rapid expansion, to suit it's constant growth.
R. Nasrallah is also a shareholder and director in Tanmia, Lebanon, a poultry meat processing company established in 1996 by the Lebanese shareholders of Wadi Holdings, and a shareholder and President of Nagada, a fashion and textile design firm established in Egypt in 1998.
