Wadi Glass Containers is a shareholding company (Société Anonyme Egyptienne) established in January 2005 according to Egyptian Law 8 of 1997 and Law 95 of 1992. The Company's authorized capital amounts to LE 82 Million, and issued and paid up capital to LE 42 Million divided over 840000 common shares of par value of LE 50 each.

Wadi Holdings SAE: 70%: Established in 1998 as an Egyptian joint stock company under Investment Law 230 of 1989 and 95 of 1992 with the purpose of consolidating the operations of the Wadi Group of Companies, and their strategic and financial management. Wadi Holdings investments are in poultry breeding, feed manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, and industries. Wadi Holdings is endowed with a successful growth track record and financial performance.
Mr. Samih Sawiris: 15%: Mr. Sawiris is a renowned Egyptian business man and Chairman of Orascom Hotels and Development (OHD).
Hwa Hsia Glass Co. Ltd: 12%: Established in 1925 in Taiwan, it is one of the leading glass manufacturers in Asia.
Jochenlee Molds and Machines Manufacturing, INC (JCL Manufacturing): 3%: Established in 1952 in Singapore, and leading glass mold manufacturer in Asia.
